Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with center director Shawn Powers to deliver the findings to the above complaint allegation.

Previous LPA conducted an investigation alleging staff do not prevent the spread of communicable disease.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted with center director Shawn Powers.
