On November 5, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with the center's assistant director Julianna O'day for a follow up visit to discuss the above complaint allegation.

Upon arrival there are 53 preschool age children present along with 7 preschool staff. On this analyst's last viist, an inteveiw was conducted with the center director, a tour of the playground was conducted and relevant documents were requested and received. Today observation of the classrooms transitions was conduted.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated

An exit interview was conducted with the assistant director Julianna O'Day.
