On 03/12/2025 at 3:50PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Kareeca "Reeca" Sykes and Ashley Hollinger conducted an Unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Kindercare Learning Center and met with Director Paula Zimmerman and Assistant Directo Julie O'Dae and explained the purpose of today’s inspection. During today's visit LPA's observed 50 preschool children with nine (9) staff members in three (3) classrooms. During the course of the investigation LPA's completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. Complainant alleges that staff yelled at children in care

During the course of the investigation completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Director Paula Zimmerman. Appeal rights were provided.A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECTIVE DAYS.
