On 12/8/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle conducted a collateral visit at the facility to interview one (1) teacher present at the site. LPA introduced herself and explained the nature of the visit. LPA conducted the short interview and met with Director Yvette Erazo.
No deficiencies were cited during this visit.
Exit interview was conducted and a Notice of Site Visit was provided to Director Yvette Erazo.
