On 12/06/2024 at 2:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted a Case Management Inspection at Gan Ilan Preschool - Temple Isaiah. LPA met with Director, Courtney Ludlow and explained the purpose of this visit. During today's inspection, there were 49 preschool children in care with 18 staff in 6 classrooms. Director stated there were 75 preschool children enrolled.

The purpose of today's visit is to amend a Case Management Inspection Report dated 11/06/2024.

During today's inspection, there were no violations observed.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Courtney Ludlow . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
