On 05/09/2024 at 1:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an subsequent unannounced Complaint Investigation and met with Pawan "Paul" Garg and explained the purpose of this visit. During today's visit, there were no school age children in care with 4 staff in 2 classroom. Paul stated there are 29 school age enrolled. All staff caring and supervising school age children have Criminal Record Clearance. The finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges Staff punched a day care child. During the course of the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, reviewed records and conducted interviews. LPA was unable to determine whether S1 punched C1 in the stomach during a fight that broke out in the facility that involved the children. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Paul Garg. Appeal rights were provided.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECTIVE DAYS.

During today's visit, there were no school age children in care with 4 staff in 2 classroom. Paul stated there are 29 school age enrolled. All staff caring and supervising school age children have Criminal Record Clearance. The finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges Staff handled day care children in a rough manner. During the course of the investigation completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. It was detemined that S1 did grab C1 off of C13 due to C1 fighting C13 and other children. S1 was trying to stop C1 and C2 from hitting other children. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Pawan "Paul" Garg. Appeal rights were provided.
