On July 24, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with center director Shannon Regacho to deliver the findings to the above complaint allegation.

Upon arrival there are 53 preschool children present along with 8 preschool staff. During this analyst's last visit, an interview with the center director was conducted and relevant documents were received. Today records were reviewed.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted with center director Shannon Regacho.
