On 11/2/21 at 3:00 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at Celebration Center and met with Acting Director Lana Bauman, Exec. Director Jeneane Stevens and Office Manager Samantha. LPA explained the purpose of today's inspection and conducted a walk through of the premises with Samantha.

LPA discussed COVID policies, procedures and best practice implemented by the Center. Present tin the Center were 18 children in 1 classroom. All children were ready to leave for the day, and visually supervised by staff. LPA obtained copy of Roster and Personnel Report.

No deficiency was cited today. Exit interview was conducted with Exec Director Jeneane and Lana Bauman. A Notice was Site Visit was issued, to be posted for 30 days.
