On 05/15/2025 at 9:20 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an Unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Baby Yale Academy. LPA met with Assistant Jalynn Quarello and explained purpose of investigation. During today's inspection, there were no school age children in care. Director stated there are 15 school age children enrolled. Finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges that Staff did not provide adequate supervision to prevent children from fighting. During the course of the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, reviewed records and conducted interviews.
