13 | On 12/9/2025 at 9:28am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with facility owner for a complaint that was received alleging staff did not ensure they have enough equipment for infants. Present during LPAs visit were seven (7) infants and one (1) additional staff member. One (1) additional staff member arrived at 10:15am.
Throughout the investigation observations were conducted on multiple days. It was found that at the beginning of the investigation, there were not enough materials for the age range of the infants that supported the infants tactile, visual, and auditory stimulation as well as their manipulative skills. By the end of the investigation more materials had been placed in the classroom to support all of the infants needs.
LPA determined although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility owner. |
