On 05/08/2024 at 3:30 PM Licensing program analyst Sikia Blue, Licensing program manager Mayla Mendoza met with director Nicole Neely and owner Vasu Kakarla for an Informal conference via Teams.

The purpose of today's meeting was to go over past violation that occurred between 8/2023 to present, regarding children being left unattended, teacher qualifications, commingling, care and supervision, and diapering needs. LPM and LPA went over the recent changes the center has made to prevent any future incidents from reoccurring and staying in compliance. The Director stated she has conducted staff meetings once a month where they go over any situations that needs to be discussed where training may be needed. Director states there has been teacher transitions where teachers take their afternoon break before children arrive to stay in compliance and there is a visual on all children at all times to prevent any incidents from reoccurring.

LPM verified that the director understands the regulations and understands the importance of staying in compliance. LPM offered TSP and director stated will let LPA know if center would like to participate in the program. LPM told director and owner if they had any questions or concerns after this meeting to reach out to LPA S. Blue.

According to information received today the facility is in compliance. There will be no deficiencies cited today.

Exit interview conducted with Director Nicole Neely and Owner Vasu Kakarla.
