25 | On February 12, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Licensee Larissa Garrido for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection. Present during today's visit were five (5) preschoolers, three (3) infants, the Licensee's spouse, and the Licensee. Residing in the home is Licensee, her spouse, two (2) minor children, and two (2) small dogs. LPA conducted a tour of the daycare areas for a health and safety check. All adults living in the home have a fingerprint clearance. The Licensee serves children ages 0-10. The Licensee's operation hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
The home is a two-story family house, the upper level consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level consists of a bedroom (nap room), bathroom, living room (daycare room), dining area, kitchen, and a fully fenced backyard.
The Off Limit Area: The entire 2nd floor, the garage, walkway on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street), and a portion of the left side of the backyard. The off limits areas are made inaccessible by gate, closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
The On Limit Areas: all rooms on the 1st level (except for the garage and front yard), a portion of the left side of the backyard, walkway on the right side of the house (when facing the house from the street), and the entire right side of the backyard.
Isolation Area: the dining area
The main entrance of the daycare is the front door of the house. All toxins, cleaning products, medications, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. The home is clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The home has safe toys, play equipment, and materials available to the children.
