Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced case management inspection.
LPA met with Assistant Director Ayisha Lopes and later with Director Noelle Mills
Case management visit was conducted to obtain required documents to complete the director's packet for Noelle Mills. An incomplete director's packet was submitted to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 6/6/23. The following is required to complete the director packet for Noelle Mills.:
- Verification of 4 years of experience working as a teacher at a child care center.
Licensee agrees to provide proof of the required experience to CCL by 11/27/23.
Exit interview and report reviewed with owners Vijay and Rishu Khare.
Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
