On July 14, 2023 at 1:35pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia arrived unannounced to conduct a POC (Plan of Correction) Inspection. LPA met with licensee Asmita Bhargava. There were 93 preschool age children and an additional 7 staff members present.

Section 101238(a) - Buildings and Grounds was cited on 6/13/23 due to the surface of the outdoor play structure in need of repair to avoid a potential injury to a child. LPA observed today that the play structure has been repaired. Deficiency is cleared today.

No additional deficiencies cited today.

Exit interview with licensee Asmita Bhargava. Copy of report and POC Cleared Letter provided.

A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
