On 06/21/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Guirit arrived at the facility for an unannounced case management inspection for a capacity increase. LPA met with Heather Posner. The normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm. No children were present during today's inspection due to a power outage this morning.

An updated fire clearance for 32 children was received by Crockett Carquinez Fire Department on 6/21/22.

Per Director, there are no changes from the previous report on 12/30/2021.

There are no deficiencies cited during today's visit. The facility is licensed for a total capacity of 32 preschoolers today, 06/21/22. A copy of this report was provided and exit interview conducted with Director Heather Posner.
