On July 5, 2023 at 3:25 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nyeesha Blount conducted an unannounced case management inspection for an Unusual incident report that was reported on May 31, 2023. LPA met with Director Posner, Heather. During the time of the inspection there were (4) additional staff member and (13) preschool children.who advised she received a call from a parent on May 31,2023 advising that her child stated that a teacher slapped her in the face (didn’t specify which side of the face) Parent stated she was shocked and didn't think it actually happened, but she just wanted to bring it to the facility's attention. LPA was not able to speak with teacher due to leaving earlier today.

There were no deficiencies during today’s visit, exit interview and report reviewed with Director Posner, Heather

Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
