On April 23, 2025 at 9:06am, Licensing Program Analyst (the LPA) Indira Loza arrived unannounced to deliver the findings to the above allegation and met with Co-Director Amy Lundberg. Present in care were 50 preschoolers and 9 staff members. During the investigation LPA Loza conducted interviews with parents, staff and children, observed the classrooms, reviewed center documentation regarding the allegations and toured the center.

Although one interview stated that the children had unexplained injuries, the majority of the interviews stated that the children would rough house which caused injuries that were not immediately visible. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated

Exit interview conducted with Co-Directors Amy Lundberg and Kayla Young.

Present in care were 50 preschoolers and 9 staff members. During the investigation LPA Loza conducted interviews with parents, staff and children, observed the classrooms, reviewed center documentation regarding the allegations and toured the center.

Although two interviews stated that the facility could use extra supervision while on the play yard, the majority of the interviews stated that the staff are always providing sufficient supervision. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated
