On 03/12/2026 at 2PM Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Kareeca "Reeca" Sykes and Mone' Flores conducted an Unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Janeene Bellot's Large Family Childcare Home. LPA's met with Licensee, Janeene Bellot and explained purpose of the visit. LPA's observed eight (8) children in care (two infants, 5 preschool age, and 1 school age), with three (3) staff. Licensee confirmed that there are 12 children currently enrolled in the facility.

Finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges that "Staff handled day-care child in a rough manner." During the course of the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, reviewed records and conducted interviews. Based on the interviews and information obtained during the previous investigation, the allegation was SUBSTANTIATED. It was determined LPA C. Watts cited the facility previously for this incident on 06/05/2025. Meaning this allegation will not be cited during today’s visit. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Janeene Bellot. Appeal rights were provided. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.

On 03/12/2026 at 2PM Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Kareeca "Reeca" Sykes conducted an Unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Janeene Bellot's Large Family Childcare Home. LPA's met with Licensee, Janeene Bellot and explained the purpose of today’s visit. LPA's observed eight (8) children in care (two infants, 5 preschool age, and 1 school age), with staff. Licensee confirmed that there are 12 children currently enrolled in the facility.

Finding for the above allegation was delivered during the visit. Complainant alleges that "Staff yells at a child in care.". During the course of the investigation LPA's completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. Although C1 stated that S1 has yelled at them on multiple occasions, when interviewing additional children in care and staff LPA's were met with conflicting information. Based on these interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Janeene Bellot. Appeal rights were provided.
