Licensing Program Managers (LPMs) Mayla Mendoza and Loretta Dyson, Regional Manager (RM) Diane Perez, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Applicant Cheyenne Jones for an informal virtual meeting at the Oakland Child Care Regional Office. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the pending new application:

If licensed, you understand that you must remain in compliance with a capacity of 14.

You understand that transporting children in and out of your day care to another day care without parents knowledge to stay in compliance, is not acceptable.

You were reminded that any person working, residing or volunteering in the home must have a cleared criminal record clearance prior to being present at the home.

Licensees must be living in the licensed family day care home.
