On 5/10/24 at 8:00am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Akinleye arrived at Primrose School of Danville to further a complaint investigation. LPA was met by Director Sareh Ostad. and granted access to the facility. During the visit LPA conducted interviews, made observations and conducted a record review.Per the allegation, staff handled daycare child roughly. LPAs interviews with staff and observation of C1 revealed that C1 was not handled roughly but S1 was attempting to prevent C1 from falling from a changing table.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
