Personal Rights - Children left in soiled diapers resulting in diaper rashes

On 12/29/2025 at 10:26am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with director Shubra Gupta to deliver findings for a complaint that was received alleging children are/were left in soiled diapers resulting in diaper rashes. Present during LPAs visit were sixteen (16) infants and four (4) additional staff.

Through the investigation interviews were conducted, documents were collected and files were reviewed. There have been instances of children sustaining diaper rashes but there is not a preponderance of evidence to determine if they were all due to the children in care being left in soiled diapers.

LPA determined although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Shubra Gupta.
