On 05/02/2025 at 11:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a complaint investigation. LPA met with the Licensee Karim Ramzanali and explained the nature of the visit. Present on this facility were 10 Staff and 56 preschool children. The facility operates from Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.

Reporting Party (RP) alleged that above allegation.

During the investigation, LPA conducted a physical plant inspection and conducted interviews, record reviews and observation. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with the Licensee Karim Ramzanali.
