Staff mishandled a daycare child while in care

On 9/8/2025 at 9:05am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with facility owners to deliver findings for a complaint that was received alleging staff mishandled a daycare child while in care. Present during LPAs visit were twenty-two (22) preschool age children, twelve (12) toddlers, and ten (10) additional staff. The facility operates from 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Based on interviews, records reviews, and documents obtained during the investigation, LPA was unable to determine if the allegation occurred or if it violated children's personal rights. LPA determined although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with owners.
