On 5/27/2026 at 1:02pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Regina Roces to deliver findings for a complaint that was received for the allegation listed above. Present during LPAs visit were eleven (11) toddlers and thirty-eight (38) preschool age children for a total of forty-nine (49) children. There were four (4) additional staff present as well. LPA noted that all children were sleeping at this time. The facility operates in six (6) classrooms, with four (4) currently in use (Toddlers, EP2, Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten). The facility operates from 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday and holds an infant license as well (073409580).

Through the investigation documents were collected and interviews were conducted. Through interview and document collection it was found that a previous child in care was sent home in soiled clothing. Evidence also concluded that children, in the past, have been sent home at pick-up time with soiled diapers. It was also stated that in some cases, the issues have resolved after communication with facility staff.

Based on interviews and additional information obtained, LPA determined the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22 is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Failure to submit Proof of Corrections (POC) by Plan of Correction date may result in civil penalties.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Regina Roces.
