S1 stated that only two residents in assisted living received the notice, and those residents were in shared rooms and were not up to date on payments. S1 stated that both Resident 1s (R1) and Resident 2s (R2) admissions agreements did not specify that they were paying for single rooms, and the facility has the ability to fill vacant spaces.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
