The allegation did not reveal any evidence to support staff failed to respond timely to residents’ alerts. Information obtained during the investigation indicated that staff responded appropriately and within required time frames when alerted by residents. There were no observations, documentation, or credible statements to substantiate the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is determined to be UNFOUNDED.
Staff do not provide adequate food service
The Department conducted interviews and reviewed facility records, including menus, food service logs, and related documentation. The investigation did not reveal any evidence to support that staff failed to provide adequate food services.
