Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marx met with Licensee, Margaret(Kim) McGeever, for the purpose of delivering findings for the above allegations. The allegations that a daycare child sustained unexplained injuries while in care and adult in the home handled children in a rough manner were investigated by the Department's Investigation Bureau in collaboration with law enforcement. LPA Marx investigated the allegations that Licensee did not properly report an incident involving a daycare child and an adult in the home yelled at children in care. Based on interviews which were conducted with Licensee/assistant, parents/authorized representatives, and children, observations of staff/child interactions, and review of records relevant to the allegations failed to provide a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Licensee.Appeal Rights provided. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. No defeciencies were cited.
