Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erwina Pascual-Golamco, met with Licensee, Tiffany Taylor, for an unannounced annual inspection. During the inspection there was a census of 11 CHILDREN being supervised by the licensee and two staff. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Facility hours of operation are M-Th 7:30am -5:30pm .

Health and safety inspection were conducted in the areas accessible to children. The off-limit areas include: living/dining room, kitchen, all bedrooms, storage shed, and horse pasture. Licensee understands that children may never enter these off-limits areas. The house has a working telephone, fully charged fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector that meet regulations. LPA observed all required postings. LPA observed home was orderly, and free of hazards. LPA informed the licensee that poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and other items which could pose a danger to children shall be stored, locked, and inaccessible to children. LPA observed an electric fireplace in the home and is also made inaccessible to children. The licensee stated that there are no firearms and bodies of water on the premises.

LPA observed a children's roster and fire drill log, which was last conducted on 2/2/23. Licensee has current CPR/First aid, which expires 5/1/23. Licensee’s Mandated Reporter Training expires April 2025. Licensee understands both trainings must be completed every two years.
