On July 15th, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Erwina Pascual-Golamco and Soleil Marx met with Director, Kimberly Beeman, for the purpose of conducting a licensee initiated case management inspection.

The purpose of today's inspection was to measure an extended space that was added on to the outdoor activity space to increase the outdoor capacity.

The outdoor activity space was previously measured during a pre-licensing inspection on 8/14/17 and the total outdoor capacity was determined to be 2,130.09 square feet, which accommodates 28 children. The facility currently has an insufficient space waiver on file for their activity space to accommodate no more than 28 children at one time in the outdoor activity space on a rotating schedule.

During today's inspection, LPAs measured that an additional 274.01 square feet of play space was added to the outdoor activity space, which accommodates an three additional children, bringing the total outdoor capacity to 31 children.

Facility will submit to LPA Pascual-Golamco a revised insufficient space waiver request to accommodate no more than 31 preschool age children to utilize the outdoor activity space at one time. Director will submit a rotating schedule with alternating times for utilizing the outdoor activity space.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Kimberly Beeman. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
