On August 15th, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx, met with Facility Representative, Mireya Torrez, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction inspection. The purpose of today's inspection was explained.

The facility received a type A citation on 07/29/2024 under CCR 101416.5(b), for being out of compliance with ratio requirements.

During today's inspection, LPA observed a census of 13 infants in care being supervised by four staff in two separate classrooms. LPA verified that the facility was in compliance ratio regulations. LPA cleared the previously cited deficiency and has provided Facility Representative with a letter of deficiency citations cleared.

Report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Mireya Torrez and exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
