LPA observed water dispensers and water bottles for uncontaminated drinking water inside and outside. LPA observed a functional carbon monoxide detector within the facility. LPA observed facility uses full legal signatures for sign-in/sign-out procedures.
LPA measured four classrooms on the first floor. The total classroom space contains a total of 2609 square feet, which accommodates Applicant's request for 75 preschool children. There are five toilets and 9 sinks for the children, and a separate private restroom for the staff. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024). Children who become ill during the day will be isolated in the therapy room/office area and will use the staff restroom, if necessary. |
