On 10/3/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Tate conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and was met with Director Debbie Rodriguez. LPA conducted a tour of the facility and a census was taken and there were 10 children in care. The purpose of today's visit was to obtain signatures on a Case Management - Licensee Initiated Facility Evaluation Report that was conducted on 9/30/2024. LPA did not observe any deficiencies during today's visit.

Exit interview was conducted with Site Director Debbie Rodriguez. A copy of LIC 809, notice of site visit, and appeal rights were given.
