25 | On 02/15/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Vega-Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to inspect the school age classroom 3. The Department was notified on 12/05/2023 that a flooding had occurred in the after school classroom 3 and that floors needed repairs. LPA was notified by Administrator, Cordelia Dixon-Hackett that all repairs had been completed.
On today’s date LPA inspected the school age classroom 3 and found the room, floors, and furniture to be in good repair.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiencies cited today.
A Notice of Site Visit Form was printed and given to administrator.
LPA informed administrator to keep notice posted for 30 days.
Appeal rights were printed and provided to administrator. |
