25 | On 06/07/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Candis Rodriguez and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Susie Fanning conducted a Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection at facility. LPA and LPM met with Director Amanda Ibal, explained purpose of inspection, toured facility and took a census.
Director submitted a request to Community Care Licensing (CCL) to move the current preschool classrooms at Marshall Elementary School to the newly built Early Learning Center on site at Marshall Elementary School. LPA and LPM conducted a pre-inspection of the classrooms and outdoor play area at the request of Director.
LPA and LPM advised Director another inspection will need to be completed prior to facility operating in the new classrooms and outdoor space, once the facility has received their new fire clearance and all furniture and supplies are in the classrooms. Director stated she will contact CCL once the classrooms are ready and prior to operating in the new classrooms. The expected opening date is 08/15/2023.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Amanda Ibal.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
