32 | LPA Gavoutian reviewed a sample of children’s files and observed files were complete with contact information for authorized representative and/or others who can assume responsibility if the authorized representative cannot be reached. All children’s files were complete with a medical assessment, and individual feeding plan. LPA Gavoutian observed that four of the six infant files reviewed did not contain an updated Infant Needs and Services Plan. LPA Gavoutian reviewed a sample of staff files and observed files were complete with health screening, immunization records for influenza, pertussis, and measles, and documentation of completed mandated reporter training. Staff records contain documentation of meeting qualification requirements.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPAs reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. LPAs and Licensee discussed the CCL website (www.ccld.ca.gov) which provides access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.
Per Chapter 1, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were found. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Earline Graves.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
