32 | Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform.

LPA reviewed with applicant the LIC 311D, Forms/Records To Keep In Your Family Child Care Homes, children’s forms/records, facility forms/records, and information to be posted.
During today’s inspection, Licensee requested an additional bedroom and backyard to be inspected for day care use. These areas were previously listed as off-limits. LPA inspected the bedroom and the backyard and deemed them safe and accessible for day care use. LPA had licensee update facility sketch to reflect new changes.
The home, grounds and equipment meet Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of California Code of Regulations and adequate for a Large Family Child Care Home. Licensure as a Large Family Child Care Home capacity of 14 children* ages under 18 years, will be recommended effective 09/13/2022.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
