25 | A second announced pre-licensing inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Norma Lomeli. Met with Spanish-speaking Applicant, Lizet Preciado-Millan. Applicant, her husband, and her three minor children reside in the home. The purpose of today's inspection is to inspect the following corrections were made.
- Applicant installed a white lattice fencing on the above-ground pool that meets Title 22 Regulations. The fence is mounted on top of the pool structure. LPA observed the pool the ladder is inaccessible area.
- Applicant made the PG & E meter inaccessible to the day care children by installing a wooden fencing barricading the meter.
Planned hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and as arranged.
This home meets the description of a safe and healthy environment for children as described in Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of California Code of Regulations and licensure for a capacity of up to 8 children.
Licensure as a Small Family Day Care Home capacity of 8 children ages under 18 years will be recommended effective September 12, 2022. |
