13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd conducted the complaint investigation visit to the facility.
During the course of this investigation LPA reviewed facility files relevant to the complaint investigation. It was determined that the above allegations: Staff is not allowing resident to be re-admitted to the facility, staff does not ensure adequate care and supervision is being provided to resident, and staff does not ensure resident special diet is being followed, are UNFOUNDED. Resident's son made the decision to move his father to another facility. Resident was adequately watched, but resident refused to follow his diet. Staff followed all protocols where resident's diet was concerned and monitored.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging that staff is not allowing resident to be re-admitted to the facility, staff does not ensure adequate care and supervision is being provided to resident, and staff does not ensure resident special diet is being followed. We have found that the complaint was unfounded, therefore we have dismissed the complaint. |
