32 | Two staff were interviewed on 10/23/25 and both denied that the Licensee yells at daycare children. Both staff indicated the discipline policy involves time outs, segregating the child and talking with them asking them to behave better. Both staff members denied that children are left at school alone without supervision. Staff members stated that one staff (S1) is the primary transporter and other adults in the home support as needed.
Four parents were interviewed on 11/5/25 and 1/5/26 and denied seeing licensee yell at daycare children. Two parents (P1 & P4) have seen licensee yell at an adult in the home (A2) in front of daycare children. Three parents denied having a problem with children being left unsupervised alone at school. One parent (P1) had been notified by the school when their child had not been picked up.
Four children were interviewed on 11/7/25, 11/10/25 and 1/6/26. Two children (C1 & C4) stated that they had seen the licensee yell at daycare children. All children stated that licensee yells at A2 and A2 yells at the licensee. Two children (C3 & C4) had not been left at school unsupervised and two children (C1 and C2) stated they had been left at school for extended periods of time.
Based on interviews with the licensee, staff and children LPA determined there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations that Licensee yells at daycare children and daycare children are left alone at school without supervision.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated
