An inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) N. Wheeler and K. Lynch for the purpose of confirming the removal of an excluded individual. LPAs met with the Center Director who stated the individual is not present and not employed at the facility. LPAs toured the facility, and observed the excluded individual was not present. Based on evidence obtained during today's visit, the LPAs have verified the individual is not present, employed, or residing at the facility. LPAs have advised the Licensee to disassociate the individual from their main association facility roster, and submit an updated LIC 500 for the applicable facility. Verification of removal is complete.

No Title 22 regulations were cited at today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Center Director, Notice of Site Visit posted.
