On 03/11/2024 LPAs N. Wheeler and K. Lynch visited the facility for the purpose of a case management incident from 02/28/24 that was reported by the facility. LPAs interviewed facility representative about the incident. LPAs also observed care and supervision of children by staff during the visit. No citations issued during today's visit. Exit interview conducted, and notice of site visit posted.
