On April 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Noah Wheeler and Kiriko Lynch conducted a Case Management visit for the purpose of providing the Licensee with the Order to Licensee/Facility for Immediate Exclusion for Elizabeth Rice and Alice Abler. LPAs Wheeler and Lynch met with facility representative Lisa Claussen, who understands that Elizabeth Rice and Alice Abler must be immediately removed from any contact with children in care and not be physically present in any facility.

Exit interview was conducted with facility representative Lisa Claussen.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
