Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Noah Wheeler and Kiriko Lynch visited the center for the purpose of a case management incident visit that was reported by the Licensee. LPA conducted an interview with the Licensee, and obtained more information of the incident from 05/25/2023. No citations issued during today's visit.
