LPA Lynch visited the facility today for the purpose of a case management incident from 07/28/23 that was reported by the facility. LPA interviewed facility representative about the incident and care and supervision of children in care during the incident. No citations issued during today's visit. Exit interview conducted, and notice of site visit posted.
