13 | On 8/19/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Ali met with the Director to deliver the findings on the investigation into the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed 24 infant children in care and 6 staff.
The investigation consisted of interviews with the director, employees, parent, and other relevant parties. The investigation revealed inconsistent statements with allegations #1 that staff did not provide notice prior to terminating daycare child and allegation #2 that staff discriminating against daycare child. After relevant complaint parties were interviewed it was determined there was no substantial evidence disclosed related to the allegation. The allegation could not be corroborated. Therefore, the allegations have been found unsubstantiated.
A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged occurred.
An exit interview was conducted, the report was read, and a copy of this report was left with the Director with notice of the site visit and appeal rights.
