On April 18, 2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Her and Denisia Jimenez, and Licensing Program Manager Cynthia Brannon conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with Site Supervisor, Yesenia Rubira.

During today's inspection, LPAs observed classroom D was being utilized as storage. Classroom D was originally licensed to be a classroom for capacity. LPAs and LPM discussed with Site Supervisor that classroom is being used for capacity requirements therefore it may not be used as storage space. LPM discussed options to either decrease capacity or clearing out the classroom.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor, Yesenia Rubira.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
