On May 30, 2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Her and Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with Director, Yesenia Rubire. LPAs explained the reason of the inspection and a tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside.

On 04/18/2003 LPA observed classroom D was being utilized as storage. Classroom D was originally licensed to be a classroom for capacity. LPA discussed with Site Supervisor that classroom is being used for capacity requirements therefore it may not be used as storage space.

During today's inspection, LPAs observed that the classroom has been cleaned and is no longer being used as storage.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor, Yesenia Rubira.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
