On March 20, 2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gloria Reyes and Anita Tristian and Licensing Program Manager Cynthia Brannon conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection due to change in capacity for the toddler program. The visit was not completed as the facility classrooms were not ready for the increase, such as shelving units were not anchored to prevent tipping over, furniture was not assembled and children's restrooms were used for storage, to name a few.

No deficiencies were cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor II, Esther Dodd.

A COPY OF THIS REPORT IS TO REMAIN IN THE FACILITY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW.
