32 | Regarding allegation Staff did not provide adequate accommodations to children in care, LPA observed cots, furniture, and play equipment were meeting the children’s needs. Interviews revealed that children in care are being accommodated to meet their needs. LPA could not determine if the center was not providing adequate accommodations.
Regarding allegation Staff did not provide adequate supervision to children in care, interviews revealed that staff is providing adequate supervision. LPA observed adequate supervision with staff and children. LPA could not determine if children are not being provided adequate supervision.
Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Therefore, the findings are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with Director Hanan Abou Harb . A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
