13 | On 06/05/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the investigation findings. LPA met with Regional Director, Amy Miller and a census was taken.
This agency investigated the complaint alleging Licensee handled day care child in a rough manner. LPA interviewed complainant, Regional Director, staff, and parent. Although interviews conducted with current day care parent and staff did not disclose any evidence of the staff handling a day care child in a rough manner and staff yelled at the day care child, there was not a preponderance of information to support that this incident occurred as alleged.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
